What we collect

• Your wallet addresses and the bets and markets you make. These are recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is public and permanent.
• Sign in details handled by our wallet provider (Privy), such as the email address or social login you choose to use.
• Messages you post in stream chat.
• Technical data such as IP address, device and browser details, and server logs, used for security, abuse prevention and to enforce regional restrictions, including sanctions.

Crypto only

Pledgy has no fiat on ramp or off ramp, so we do not collect bank or card details.

How we use it

To run Pledgy: show your positions, resolve and settle markets, keep the service secure, prevent fraud and manipulation, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us operate Pledgy (hosting, sign in and wallets, blockchain infrastructure), and authorities where the law requires it. Embedded players from Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Rumble and X may set their own cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can disconnect your wallet and stop using Pledgy at any time, and ask us about the off chain data we hold about you. Data written to a public blockchain cannot be changed or deleted by us or anyone else.

Age

Pledgy is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
