Pledgy

Terms of Service

Draft, pending legal review. This text is a working draft, is not final, and may change before it takes effect.

1. Who can use Pledgy

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use Pledgy. Pledgy is not available in sanctioned regions or anywhere prediction markets are prohibited, and you may not use a VPN or other means to get around these limits. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

2. Crypto only, non custodial

Pledgy markets use USDC on the Solana blockchain. There is no fiat on ramp or off ramp: Pledgy does not accept or pay out bank transfers or card payments. Bets are placed from a wallet you control; Pledgy never holds your funds or your keys, and blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.

3. How markets work

Markets are opened by users about what happens on a live stream or event. They are peer to peer (parimutuel) pools: everyone who backs an outcome shares the pool if it wins, so the payout depends on how others bet. Fees, where they apply, are shown before you confirm a bet.

4. Resolution and disputes

Outcomes are determined by Pledgy's AI oracle using the stream and public or on chain data. Each result is followed by a dispute window; once it closes, the result is final and winnings can be claimed. Markets that cannot be resolved fairly may be voided and refunded.

5. Fair play

Do not bet on outcomes you control or can influence, use non public information, collude, or manipulate a stream or market. We may void affected markets and restrict access.

6. Third party streams and services

Streams are embedded from Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Rumble, X and other platforms and belong to their creators and platforms; Pledgy is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. The separate Sports tab is provided through a third party protocol (Azuro) on Polygon and is subject to its own rules.

7. Risk

Betting can lose you money. Smart contracts, blockchains, wallets and oracles can fail or be attacked. Nothing on Pledgy, including the AI Advisor, is financial, investment or legal advice. Only bet what you can afford to lose.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use Pledgy after an update means you accept the new version.
